The evening started with a roaring 20s themed number with Kuya, Toni, ex-celebrity housemate Mcoy Fundales and special guests Nikki Gil and Vina Morales. Toni is soon joined by Uber hosts Bianca and Mariel, looking very fabulous in their colorful evening gowns. In a back take on the happenings inside the house which started last October 14, the ex-celebrity HMs made their appearances on stage one by one.

While all these were happening, Will, Riza, Ruben and Gaby waited patiently for Kuya's signal to leave the house. Soon, the first of Kuya's special visitors of the night appeared. Ms. Mercy Cabrillas of Tahanang Sta. Luisa, Jon's chosen charity's representative, received a check worth P20,000, the coins they used for the Big Four special task converted by Big Brother to fulfill the four's request for the "fifth placer".

Riza gave another one of her shocking screams when her father came in next. Mr. Ruel Santos shared some encouraging words for his daughter and was also very pleased to meet the other housemates. Will, on the other hand, received a special phone call from his mother, Doris Dorman, from the States. Kuya mentioned that he had a hard time locating Will's mom for apparently she relocated to homes. Will was so pleased to hear from his mother that he could not help but shed a tear or two. Ruben also jumped for joy upon seeing his uncle whom he affectionately calls Papa Locloc. He proudly introduced to the housemates the man who inspired him to be a comedian. Last but not the least is Gaby's older brother, Jan. The housemates were amazed how he was so much like Gaby. He even joked a lot with them despite having a sprained leg. All of the housemates only had 100 seconds each to speak to their loved ones and these short moments left them craving to see the outside world more.

Meanwhile, Ethel was on a roll at the Big Night stage with her fellow comedians who were ready to give their hilarious sketches of the Big Four. Tuesday Vargas took the stage first as the Racing Goddess. The crowd could not help but laugh with her on the spot imitation of Gaby. A "bald" RS Francisco transformed into Will and emphasized the Fil-German's effort to speak tagalog in spite of his twisted tongue. He and Ethel cracked the audience up as they re-enacted the love team-that-would-just-not-be. Giselle Sanchez, who took on the role of last season's fourth big placer Gee Ann Abrahan, became Riza. Beauty conscious like the Cheering Chick, Giselle carried a compact wherever she went. Also she went from conservative to screaming girl just like Riza when she saw her mother. The comedian from Davao was portrayed by Ricci Chan, who copied Ruben's trademark Budotz dance and failed first marriage proposal.

Finally the Big Four arrive at the Araneta and were ushered in a mini confession room backstage. Jon, Victor, Baron and Mariel made a skit reminiscent of their Kaishou Taishou task to announce what the winners will be receiving. The Fourth Big Placer will be receiving P400,000 from Jack and Jill snacks and ABS-CBN while his/her chosen charity will be getting P200,000 from Globe Asiatique. The Third Big Placer in turn will be getting P600,000 from Jack and Jill snacks and ABS-CBN and his/her chosen charity will be given P300,000 from Globe Asiatique. The Second Big Placer is to receive a whopping P1,000,000 from Jack and Jill snacks and ABS-CBN and his/her chosen charity P500,000 from Globe Asiatique. The Big Winner will be taking home a Sony Bravia, a Goodah business franchise worth P2,000,000, a condominium unit from Chateau Valenzuela and P2,000,000 cash from Jack and Jill snacks and ABS-CBN. His/her charity on the other hand will be receiving a million from Globe Asiatic. Toni also mentions that Gaby's prizes will have a deduction because of her two week stay outside the house. She too reminds everyone of the Big Four's pledge of 10% of their winnings to Mommy Yayo.

The moment of truth arrives and the envelope of the Fourth Big Placer comes out with a bang. Will is then announced to come out and receive his prizes on stage. The model could not be happier with the decision for he feels they are all winners already at that point. The True Lover took in 230,509 or 14.65% of the text votes. He is also announced Jag Jeans newest celebrity endorser.

The third place belonged to Gaby, garnering a total of 406,892 or 25.5% of the votes. The Racing Goddess cheerfully waved to her supporters after emerging from below the stage. She thanked everyone for making her stint inside one big life changing experience.

The tension was definitely off the charts when the Second Big Placer was announced. Riza, the Desirable Diva, took in 430,135 votes or 27.335 of the total tally. She was ecstatic to see not only her family but also her supporters.

Ruben could only shed tears of joy as he relished victory in the confession room alone. He soon emerged on a throne in the middle of a fire works filled stage. The Komedyanteng Promdi could not help but jump up and down. He was met on stage tearfully by his wife, Jesselle. The other housemates crowded him too with their congratulatory hugs and kisses. Ruben could only utter endless thanks to those who helped him bag the most coveted prize of all. "Para sa lahat ng sumuporta , pangrarap ng buong bayan natupad nap o. Maraming, maraming salamat po!"

Another celebrity edition has ended but we still have a lot of surprises in store for 2008!

While most of the celebrity housemates wished for uber expensive Christmas presents like an HDTV for Gaby, a posh sound system for Mariel, laptops for Baron, Jon and Will or a piano for Riza, Ruben asked for his mom, granny and aunt to be reunited after their last meeting in the 70's. He almost felt envious yesterday when Ethel finally received her SLR digital camera but the long wait was truly worth it once he saw his loved ones on Christmas Eve.

Unbeknownst to him, the trio was already here in Manila even the night before that. His mom Mrs. Judith Gonzaga (accompanied by his partner Jessele Cabal) came all the way from Davao, his lola Mrs. Florencia Pugay from Cebu and his aunt Judith Famarin from Batangas. They stayed in different hotels and were even sent some home-cooked Pinoy meals for their noche buena courtesy of Ruben's culinary expertise.

Prior to that though, they were treated to a 100-second celebrity homecoming of their ex-housemates, who brought various goodies for them. Whatever misunderstandings they had before didn't matter anymore as they warmly hugged the people who have become second family to them. First off was Zara, followed by Mcoy, Megan, Donnie, Marylaine, Jen and Victor. The bubbly ex-26K Girl didn't even missed a chance to land Will a smack on the lips! On the other hand, Gaby's secret crush sadly noted that he couldn't watch them on TV for it still hurts him not to be with them.

Christmastime was such a perfect affair for our housemates except that Baron made a spectacle of himself for the second time! Against Big Brother's instructions, he still indulged on too many booze to the point that his housemates grew worried once more towards his wild behavior. Had he acted unforgivably this time? What will be his punishment for violating his penalty not to drink alcohol until the end of the program?

PBBCE2_mcoy1123.jpgSeeing housemates leave the big yellow house is always a tearful moment, how much more when they go with such heavy emotions against Big Brother? However, we now see how Mcoy and Ethel have felt it in their hearts that the time for them to go was looming way before the fiery incident which led to their sudden exit.

Ever since, the Ultimate Pasaway was having doubts to be a housemate because she's burdened by her rocky relationship with his boyfriend. And not being given her much-awaited reward from the Catapult game made her more resolute to leave, thinking that she can still fix things with the love of her life. But sadly, Big Brother can't grant the phone call because that person simply doesn't want to be reached.

PBBCE2_ethel1123.jpgOn the other hand, the Musikerong Daddy also conveyed to Big Brother his plans not to finish the season for the sake of the more deserving contenders for the Big Four. One particular one-on-one talk further showed how he felt that his purpose inside was completed already. He even stressed this while he was packing his bags last Wednesday night.

It all then ended bitterly with Mcoy and Ethel making their departure as soon as the garden gates were opened for them. The impact of their absence made everyone miserable, knowing how those two served as their tower of strength day by day. Yayo for instance was confused, stating that having their buttons pushed to the very limit was simply the rule of the game.

They would certainly miss their favorite housemates but life went on as usual the next day. Seeing that the Mom in Distress still favored the painful knee contraptions, the others eventually followed suit, encouraged by her optimism that at least they would get busy with it for the rest of the day.

PBBCE2_baron1123.jpgBaron's adventures with his newfound friend "Buttons" was also featured tonight! Being in the secret room alone was certainly lonesome so Big Brother generously gave him a stuffed toy as company! True to his nature though, the Wild Child requested for a cigarette but his plea remained unanswered for he couldn't give a valid reason to gain such luxury.

Wondering what Big Brother's fabulous welcome surprise to him was? Be sure to catch up all the excitement in the house as well as the showing of their successful indie film tomorrow. How will the celebrity housemates feel when they learn that Mariel is leaving them soon?

In spite of what happened, Kuya is still proud of Ethel and Mcoy for showing and sharing their true selves to the public. Kuya apologized to Mcoy for whatever misunderstanding they had. He advised the Musikerong Daddy to let go of all the anger and hatred in his heart.

Afterwards, Kuya told Ethel that, just like how it is inside his house, everything has it's own time and reason. Kuya had his reasons for not awarding Ethel the phone call she won in the Catapult game. In the end, Kuya wished for the success of the Mcoy and Ethel and he hopes that he had been an instrument for them to become stronger and mature persons.

Later, Mcoy accepted Big Brother's apology and cleared that although he was hurt, he never hated Kuya. Just like in every Filipino family, there will always be misunderstandings and arguments. But the important thing is that the relationship is founded on trust. He also said that he truly loves Big Brother, despite being just a voice without a face. On the other hand, Ethel thanked Kuya for always encouraging her and giving her the chance to prove to everyone her worth as a person. The Ultimate Pasaway cleared that she had been planning to leave, but when the incident with Mcoy happened, she took the opportunity to make a voluntary exit. As a housemate, Ethel learned the value of discipline and humility in accepting one's mistakes. She also admitted that up to now, she hasn't spoken to her boyfriend and that, for some personal reasons, she doesn't want to speak to him again.

Also, Mcoy and Ethel witnessed the other housemates enjoy their victory in their short-film weekly task. Despite the challenges and problems, the housemates remained determined in accomplishing the task. For this, the housemates did not only win their 75% bet, but Big Brother also handed them a 100% raise for their budget next week, a total of P9,000.

Apparently, the former Orange and Lemons lead singer felt insulted when the issue of plagiarism was raised involving the script which the celebrity housemates are filming for their weekly task. As it is, Big Brother merely wanted to clarify if Mcoy was willing to be held liable if there will be a copyright complaint against it after it's premiere on national television.

However, his anger was further incited by his sensitivity towards the issue of plagiarism, given what he had experienced before with his former band Orange and Lemons involving the song "Pinoy Ako". This led to his refusal to wear his lapel mic followed much later by his abrupt departure together with Ethel. The Ultimate Pasaway, on the other hand, expressed her disdain over Mariel's sacrifice which later one involved her and the other housemates. She was angry at Big Brother's failure to reveal the reason behind the housemates' most recent sacrifice as well as her worries on Mariel's status inside the house.

PBB Business Unit Head Direk Lauren Dyogi expressed his sadness on the sudden turn of events. "Mcoy and Ethel were two of the stronger contenders for the Big Four. Yun lang nakakalungkot. I would have wanted to see how they'll play it until the end. Pero siguro hanggang dun lang talaga ang plano nila," the director shared.

And now, the PBB staff are already looking for new housemates who will fill the positions of the Mcoy, Ethel and even Mariel, who's scheduled to exit this Saturday night.

The Real Mcoy Flares Up!

Posted In: , , . By Blogtopia

Shooting the scenes for their short film is currently postponed since the housemates are equally suffering the consequence of Mariel's eight violations. Since this late afternoon, everyone has to walk on their knees if they want to move around the house. And because doing so proves to be too much of an effort, they all opted to stay put in the living room, sleeping and chatting the night away.

Hours after Donnie is back as a sole housemate, Mcoy recounted how pissed he was last night after Big Brother raised the issue of plagiarism with regards to his written script for their 15-minute film. He got offended, saying that he was stigmatized by the scandal two years ago involving the alleged rip off of Orange and Lemon's "Pinoy Ako". But he immediately calmed down when Big Brother told him that it wasn't his intention to insult him. As it is, Kuya said that he stands by their concept but they could have done better than what they came up with.

Remembering what happened last night made him point out again that his idea was definitely different from the "The Ghost of August Mayford", which Big Brother compared their film's story with. At the same time, he insisted that they can hardly create scenes that's more Pinoy because the interior of the big yellow house is inspired by the Victorian era after all. He stressed that even the garden appears foreign because of the cherubim and peacock statues. These were all stated conversationally but before he knew it, Mcoy was called inside the confession room tonight. Perhaps Big Brother wants to set things straight because it's clear that his resident is still affected by the whole incident.

As soon as the Musikerong Daddy returned though, it became evident that their one-on-one talk did not resolve anything. On the contrary, he was fuming mad with their exchange. Adding fuel to his ire was Ethel's own confusion with all that's happening to them. Primed for a confrontation, she reiterated their "Praning Theory" last night regarding Mariel's status -- whether she's just a guest or a housemate like them. What's more alarming however is that Ethel and Mcoy are prepared to be "kicked out" if that's what it all boils down to. Will they really opt for a voluntary exit or will their burning emotions die a natural death now that they are talking to Big Brother again with the rest of housemates? Keep it here for the latest drama inside the most famous house in the land!

The housemates hard work this week were not all for naught! The culminating activity for their weekly task, Housemates for Inmates Concert for a Cause was a blast with their sexy dance and cool song numbers. The night kicked-off with their sizzling "Buttons" number and the audience went wild with the boys and girls hot moves on the dance floor. Mariel, back to her hosting duties for tonight, then introduced Kuya's newest love team in the house Will and Riza. The two did a repeat performance of their most requested duet "Bakit Ngayon Ka Lang."

Mcoy soon followed with an acoustic song number with the assistance of Ruben, who took charge of the kahon. The other housemates joined them afterwards for Mcoy's special composition for Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Edition 2 that showcased each and every housemates outstanding trait. Ruben's Budots dance closed the show with him, Jon and Victor rapping with their own lyrics to the "Papi Chulo", much to the audience's delight.

With the results of their task still pending, with Toni quoting Big Brother's "takdang panahon" line, the celebs have to prepare for the next agenda of the evening "Gaby's departure from Kuya's house. The Racing Goddess impending exit was revealed when she accomplished her "legacy" for this edition, filling a drum with water from the pool using various materials in exchange for a 24/7 water supply for the remaining HMs. But Kuya also gave Mariel, Riza, Donnie, Will and Ruben a chance to give her a going away gift. With their skating challenge, they were able to present Gaby a Sparco race car seat, a special symbol of their friendship. Gaby's eyes instantly filled with tears as she accepted her gift from her friends.

The time to say good-bye approached and Gaby gave her farewell messages to each. She told Yayo how much she has been an inspiration to her. And to Mcoy, who was already a good friend of hers before they entered the house, she thanked him for being there with her to experience this once in a lifetime opportunity. Gaby was then ushered out of the house and received warm hugs and kisses from her mom and niece as soon as she stepped on stage at the PBB Eviction Hall. Gaby knows that PBB has changed her life forever. "Grabe yung friendship, it was a life changing experience. Don't take anything foregranted."

For their task this week, our celebrity housemates will take the stage in their very own musical variety program. Everybody was excited in planning this weekly task as they can finally mix their creative ideas into one show which will also highlight their talents. Considering that some of our housemates are known performers, it will be interesting to see them encourage the others in shedding off their inhibitions and putting on the best performance they can. This is also their chance to redeem themselves after the heartbreaking loss they suffered in last week's "wide awake" task.

Their musical-variety show must consist of five production numbers. But instead of having Big Brother as they lone audience, our housemates will be performing in front of a crowd. The audience will be paying a fee to get a seat for this show, that's why the housemates must make sure that the fans will get something worth their money. For the theme of their show, the housemates agreed to do a "jungle" set up, inspired by Peggy and her piglets. They figured to use some songs from the musical "The Lion King" since it was also set in the jungle. There were also other Broadway Musicals that were suggested, but most housemates thought that their presentation must suit everyone's tastes in music.

Mcoy and Ethel helped out in writing down every suggested song and dance number, and from there, they all formed their program line-up. For their opening act, all of them will do an upbeat all-star number and for their closing act, they will all be singing to "Can You Feel The Love Tonight?" by Elton John. There will also be a showdown between the guys and the girls, and a sweet song with the known "loveteams" in the house. Since they will be doing a jungle theme, the housemates decided to have primitive attires, props, and background for their numbers to make their show a complete blast.

The second eviction night didn't start off with all doom and gloom for today is Mcoy's birthday. Kuya has a lot of surprises for the Musikerong Dad, starting off with his wine and cheese party to match the simple 'asalto' the housemates had for him last night. The HMs kind gesture had Mcoy emotional but Big Brother had something more tear-enducing for him.

Before giving Mcoy a chance to start his wine and cheese party, Kuya invited him inside the confession room to offer his HMs a song number. But Mcoy was shocked when he heard another voice singing along with him. It was actually his wife, singing "How Did You Know" on stage at the eviction hall. And as if that wasn't a tearjerking enough experience, Big Brother also gave Mcoy the first 100 second encounter for this edition and he was able to talk to his two daughters too.

After Mcoy's birthday celebration, it's back to business again as Megan, Zara, Baron and Donald awaited judgement time. With instructions for saved housemates to leave their medallions on a red cushion, Toni came to the much awaited though loathed event of the night. Megan was off the hook first, receiving 50% of the total votes. Second to throw in their medallions were the Geisler brothers with 31.94% of the votes. Zara tried hard to fight back the tears but it was not that easy for the beauty queen who has become quite fond of her other housemates. Toni, who had become close with Zara during her short stint in the house, came in to fetch her. Bianca then introduced Zara into the Walk of Fame.

Surprise, Surprise!

Posted In: , . By Steph

For five long days, the housemates fought the urge to sleep just to win their hundred percent bet for the Gising Na Gising weekly task. Most of us have seen how several of them breached the group's agreement to stay awake unless they decided to take a nap together. But of course that was just part of the whole struggle. Tonight though, Big Brother gathered them inside the confession room where they have been finally granted a reprieve from this tedious task.

In the meantime, the housemates stirred from their hard-earned slumber earlier to prepare a midnight birthday bash for the Real Mcoy! It was all sudden actually with Riza breaking the news to Will and Victor minutes after she bade them goodnight. Someone seemed to have instructed her about it as she explained that they were advised to give the celebrant some personal tokens as their gifts. Donni soon joined them and even suggested to make an improvised cake using their stock pancakes.

As if on cue, Ethel was already mixing a bowl of it when they returned inside the house. The impromptu celebration was kept hush hush as they proceeded to complete their individual surprises. When everything was set, they quietly gathered around the coach where Mcoy happened to doze off! Shocked, the Musikerong Daddy woke up thinking that the timer had ticked because of him. It was funny since they've been successful in their 25-Hours Task already and there was no reason for him to be worried at all.

Soon after that, they presented him their gifts which varied from a deodorant, Taekwondo outfit, a pricey key to a thong panties marked by Ethel's kiss! What's more surprising and heartwarming though was the fact that Mcoy straightened them out about all the admiration he'd been receiving from them. It may be his birthday but he took the opportunity not to honor himself but to give credit to each of his housemates commendable attributes. Lastly, he asked Jon to dedicate a prayer for Yayo's health before feasting over the hotdogs, chips and pancakes that were cooked for this occasion.

PBB House of Horror

Posted In: , , . By Blogtopia

Big Brother made this Halloween the most frightening ever for our housemates. In a twisted activity similar to the Pasalog game of Wowowee, two celebrity housemates faced the greatest fears of their lives. At first, everyone happily passed around the large and colorful Pasalog ball. Eveybody was very excited with the activity as they all felt like they were really in Wowowee. But when Kuya gave the signal, Mariel and Toni retrieved the ball, and when they opened it, the pictures of Mcoy and Zara were revealed on two giant dice.

Toni and Mariel led Mcoy and Zara to the activity area where the two chosen housemates were asked to place their heads inside a glass box. Toni opened the lid and, to Mcoy's surprise, a bunch of slender snakes were placed right in front of his face. The Musikerong Daddy tried to stand his ground as he faced his greatest fear. Fortunately, after a few minutes, Big Brother was impressed and let Mcoy off the hook. Zara then took her turn, and same with Mcoy, she also had to face the snakes. Zara showed courage at first, but when the snakes started to get close her face, the Poor Beauty Queen began to shiver in fear!

But before this creepy game, Kuya already spooked the hell out of our housemates in the confession room. All our celebrity housemates were called into the confession room where a scary computer trick brought the housemates to the edge of their seat. At first, each of them were instructed to follow a computer maze, but as they are getting the hang of the game, a picture of a scary monster jumped right in front of them. Most of the housemates freaked out , even the tough-looking guys Baron, Donnie, Will, and Victor. But to Big Brother's surprise, Mcoy, Ethel, Riza, and Jon remained calm unlike the rest. All the screaming, jumping, and cursing completed Kuya's Halloween prank.

Special Moments

Posted In: , , . By Blogtopia

Bringing the PBB hosts inside the big yellow house enabled Mariel and Toni to fully grasp the magnitude of the housemates one-of-a-kind experience. As the latter noted, she has come to appreciate each of them knowing the struggles they have to go through just to make it, hopefully throughout this term. As such, she began her first mission to teach the parent-housemates Yayo and Mcoy how to swim. In exchange of which is a rewarding special moment with their loved ones.

It was fortunate that the two were obliging to join her on the pool. After all, they were clueless on the stipulation behind their sudden swimming lesson. Mcoy was the hardest to train though since he has a fear of deep waters! But the Musikerong Daddy has nothing to be worried about because actually, Toni is the perfect instructor for them for she had been taking lessons since she was six years old! With that edge, she succeeded in persuading her students to complete one lap!

To Big Brother, Toni admitted how difficult the task was for her, knowing that she's impatient by nature. However, all her efforts became worthwhile after she witnessed the emotional reunion of the Mom in Distress and her son Adam Martinez. Unable to believe Kuya's surprise, Yayo refused to move towards him at first. Then with Toni's urging, Adam tightly hugged Yayo, who burst into tears. Later, she stressed that there's nothing more satisfying than sharing precious minutes with a loved one.

Mcoy in turn have seen a video of his wife together with Maggie, who's unwrapping the presents that he sent her for her birthday. Also in the clip, Helina tearfully uttered that she appreciated his sacrifices for the sake of their family. Kung hindi mo na kaya at nahihirapan ka, nandito lang kami. Sobrang thank you sa binigay mong gift. Yun ang pinaka-special na regalong binigay mo sa kanya kasi pinaghirapan mo talaga.

Just look how generous Kuya can be especially when the housemates act accordingly! However, worse things could happen given their tedious Gising Gising task. As Mariel once said, they might be tearing at each other's hair by the end of the week because of their lack of sleep and all. Loneliness will set in for some just like Ethel who grows more depressed with the thought of her recent break-up.

Overwhelming emotions ran high last night after Mcoy surpassed his personal tasks to make his little girl's birthday extra special even when he couldn't be there to personally greet her with hugs and kisses. All the housemates who saw his efforts to become a life-sized Barbie doll couldn't help but admire him for the touching sacrifice that he did.

As usual, Big Brother created an opportunity for the Musikerong Daddy in an indirect manner. What started as a source of laughter for his residents turned out to be an emotional incident. Megan soon realized that it's wrong to put Mcoy in a condition which he obviously not comfortable with. As such, she asked Kuya to stop the game and even apologized to Mcoy who remained sweet about it.

However, the burden of acting like a doll didn't end there. Assembling the broken barbies made him think about

Meanwhile, Mariel acted confusingly when a recorded voice message was played for them to hear just before they went to bed. And the person behind it was no less than Zanjoe Marudo who sweetly bade the housemates goodnight! Looks like Mariel's previous claims that she's so over him is not the whole truth? What about her attraction towards the English Outcast? Hmm¦ A little more push from Big Brother and Mariel's gonna spill it all!

Megan kept on torturing herself about Barbie Mcoy's plight and the bizarre tasks that Big Brother had thrown upon him. First, he had to re-assemble a box of broken Barbie dolls. Then he was trapped inside a display box on the garden. If Riza did not happen to see him there, the famous lead vocalist would have spent the night in that hot and uncomfortable standing position.

It all started with the Princess of Charm's fondness for such girly playthings when she was a kid. Eventually, it became clear to everyone that there was more to Mcoy's unusual challenges than pleasing the nominated young star. After shedding more tears tonight, Megan saw in his eyes that he's undergoing an emotional moment while trying to stand still in his enclosed spot.

Moreover, Gab, Yayo and Jon were called in the confession room for some instructions. And when they came out, And now, Barbie Mcoy is finally free from his literally breath-taking challenge. As soon as he got out, he had to suck air several times, speechless from his experience. All that was left for him to do was to hug each of his PBB friends. So that was it. Just when everybody thought that it was all for the sake of a laugh trip. Gab even grew mad about it since imprisoning Mcoy inside that box was like going overboard already.

lines only: Im pretty and You're ugly. When Baron inquires if they can touch her though, the Barbie suddenly says, I have a special feature and gives him the bad sign!

Seeing him in that state, Jen can hardly control her giggles. She even goes in front of Mcoy to make him laugh. But Mcoy merely emulates the famous half-smile of a Barbie doll! As such, the others also express their admiration towards the Musikerong Daddy for doing a perfect characterization of his feminine role.

With this task, Mariel reminisces her own childhood memories. Far from her girly attitude at present, she recounts how she used to wear her lolo's big shirts and a gun around her neck. This attire gained her the macho nickname "Rambo"! And to this day, some of his granny's friends still call her that!

But the merriment suddenly stops when Megan asks Big Brother to put this role-playing to a halt. The Princess of Charm later explains that she doesn't want others to shoulder even this kind of burden just to relive her happy memories. Much to the girl-housemates surprise, they see her crying because of this. And to add to her worries, Megan soon learns that Big Brother involves Mcoy into another task because of her!

As such, Mariel and Jen offer some words of comfort to a troubled Megan. They rationalize that she didn't ask for the Barbie task in the first place and it was Kuya who assigned Mcoy to do the job.

In her first 24 hours inside the house, Mariel Rodriguez got the chance to talk to her ex-PBB co-host, Bianca Gonzalez live on Uber. Mariel, now a celebrity houseguest, revealed that although she had a very emotional reaction to yesterday's incident, she believes that he stay inside the house has a purpose. She then expressed her full trust on her family and her manager, Mr. Boy Abunda, with their decision to make her live inside the PBB house. After seeing the video of Tito Boy yesterday in which he explained why he had it all planned out, Mariel is now focused on her mission. Furthermore, the former Kapitbahay Ni Kuya said that she is very thankful for the warm welcome that the housemates gave her despite her hysterical state. So far, Mariel said that she appreciates all of the housemates, and that she misses her friends and family in the outside world.

This afternoon's episode was also very special because of an extravagant dance number courtesy of the 7K! Yes, all the seven male celebrity housemates -- Baron, Donnie, Victor, Will, Ruben, Mcoy, and Jon were dressed in pink sexy dresses complete with make-up, accessories, and wigs. With huge suitcases in their hand, they all danced to the tune of the Deal of No Deal music like a true 26K girl!

Two celebrities are about to face new challenges in their lives. Mcoy Fundales, the ex-frontman of the rock band Orange and Lemons, and Zara Aldana, a once Mutya Ng Pilipinas contender, made their back-to-back entrance to the Big Brother house in today's PBB Uber episode. Bianca Gonzales personally assisted Macoy and Zara, both still hidden by cloak covers, aboard the helicopter. The two new housemates were then airlifted from the Crowne Plaza in Ortigas right to the helipad of the ELJ Building in front of the PBB House.

The voice behind the phenomenal hit song Pinoy Ako for PBB Season 1 confessed that he was once a nerd and that he struggled with his singing ability while growing up. He also found his way amidst a tragedy in the family, when his baby was born with a serious health condition, and died shortafter. A year after that, his father passed away.

MCoy was the first one to be introduced, and as he stepped out of the white limousine, fans cheered all the way for the talented musician. From singing the PBB theme song to being a housemate himself, MCoy described the experience as "ibang level." This high school valedictorian and college cum laude said that he is up for any challenge.

Mariel then brought MCoy to the confession room, and afterwards, Big Brother welcomed the musician daddy to the house. Kuya thanked MCoy for singing the Pinoy Ako theme which became very popular not only in the Philippines but in other countries. MCoy then expressed his gratitude to Big Brother in behalf of his comrades from Orange and Lemons. On the music cue, MCoy sang the Pinoy Ako theme and was heard by the other celebrity housemates inside the house. They were all stunned by the familiar voice, but were still clueless that MCoy was about to join them for this second celebrity edition. MCoy then surprised everyone as he made his way to the living room and introduced pbbcemcoyzara101607-2.jpghimself to the others.

Zara is also not a stranger to struggles. After winning the crown as Mutya Ng Pilipinas, she battled her way across discrination for not being 'sosyal' and fluent in English like the typical beauty queens that we know. Unfortunately, the situation lead to her relinquishing her crown. But now, as Zara embarks on a new journey in her life, she bravely tells all her detractors that she is out to prove them wrong.

MCoy was already welcomed by the other HMs and Zara is yet to make her presence known but Big Brother's surprises do not end there.
