The death of Yayo's mom left a huge impact on the housemates who had a reflective group discussion about their own parents after watching a video of their ex-housemate talking about her grief. Mariel rehashed how she grew up with her grandparents since her parents had her at the tender age of sixteen, making them too young to care for a baby. But then she claimed that she bore no grudge against them for abandoning her, knowing that she wouldn't be strong and independent as she is now without that experience.

Baron's turn enlightened the housemates with regards to his wild personality for he was raised by super strict parents. He is aware that it was the reason why he became rebellious. Seeing Mommy Yayo's difficulty in finding means for her family made him realize that he doesn't want his mom to be in the same position. He tearfully shared that he wanted to give the world to his mom and be close to her again, but he simply couldn't find the way to her heart now. Still, he promised to make up for all his transgressions once his stint is over.

Ruben's financial need is no secret to everyone. Coming from a poor family is difficult but he doesn't blame his parents for it because he knows that they tried their best to give him and his siblings a good life. On the other hand, Will's disclosure about his great fear towards his stepdad came as a surprise for everyone.
